The Brevity of Emotion
With my final project, I wanted to show emotions through color and props that went along with the music that I chose.

Starting the diptych
Our 4th project is to create a diptych. I plan to paint a scene that compares natural with man-made.
I chose to go with a triadic and monochromatic color scheme, the one on the left using the monochrome palette and the one on the right using the triadic palette.

Intergalactic
I was inspired by these bright colors from my triadic color scheme to give my project a space and galaxy feel by using shapes that mimic stars, planets, and Jupiter's ring. I think that by simply rotating the large, thin, red purple shape I created an almost three dimensional affect that gives the animation an unexpected element.

Munsell Color Charts
Transparency Effect
In this exercise we were to place chips that were a certain color that would allow the lines of color to look as of they were overlapping.
Color Control
Second, we were to use chips in a way that would converg unity and balance. I choose to work with a complementary color scheme and an analogous color scheme
Harmonious and Balanced Color Groups
Lastly, we did an exercise similar to the previous one. This time we had to do specific color groups like split complementary and tetrad. I found this exercise rather difficult because many of my chips were used in other activites.
